I eat what I'm hungry for honestly. I have a serving of dairy free Chocolate ice cream with a tbsp vegan dark chocolate chips built into every night. Each morning, I get up and put it in my diary with my coffee. ;) I've found that if I try to replace it, I just end up eating more than I would have if I'd only eaten the…

I use almond milk in place of milk in all recipes as I'm allergic to cow's milk. My favorite is in pancakes because I'm apparently addicted to them since I eat them daily. ;)

4 kids, 4 csections here. I hit my goal weight and still have that pooch. I don't think it will ever leave. :(

I use cloth and have for years now. I have no issues with it when exercising.

I missed the original thread, but I don't add men to my friend list. No offense, but I want encouragement, not to hear if I'm hot. The only person I want to hear that from is my husband and he tells me regularly. ;)

Great job!

Week 2 update: 119lb So far I've lost about 23 pounds. I've been in maintenance since just before Christmas. My range is 118-122. I stopped trying to lose at 120, but lost another pound this week. I'm still working on finding the right number of calories to properly maintain. I think I'll increase another hundred and see…

I make a batch of pancakes one morning and eat a few each day. I also add applesauce and coffee to that typically.

I would assume that's all related to the wrong weight. Be sure to recalculate everything now that your weight is fixed.

It only takes about 10 pounds for me. But I'm pretty short. I think that plays into it somehow.

I work out every day regardless of whether I'm ill or not. I just do a lighter workout if I feel like crap. But I don't go to a gym.

Great work!!

I use 21 Day Fix workouts several times a week. For the most part, I like them and find that I can make them challenging to continue improving. My hang up is that Autumn spends the workouts claiming that if you give her 21 days, then she will give you the body you've always wanted. She even goes so far as to claim one…

I actually add a snack to my log for the evening every morning so it's already there and counted. That way, I'm not out of calories by the time I'm ready to eat it. ;) I'm in maintenance now, but things I ate when I was hungry without many calories to work with: apples, carrots, applesauce, banana, peppers, popcorn

Good for you! You have my support, OP! :) I gave up soda a few years ago. I had switched to diet, but I had strange reactions to all the fake sugar and I found myself needing it every afternoon. I don't like that feeling! Not to mention, it's expensive! My husband actually dumped soda with me. What was once always in the…

My question is why he was so close to her while she ran? Seems unsafe and unwise to ride that close to a person on foot. What if she'd tripped? He was so close that he couldn't stop? Sorry about your phone, OP!

I'd like to join in too! I just hit maintenance this week!!
-
Mine was always typically pretty accurate for me. I aim to lose 0.5-1lb/week and that's what it projects.

Awesome job!

Great job! You look awesome!

Pancakes, homemade soups, rice, ice cream (dairy free as I'm lactose intolerant), applesauce, bananas...those are the foods I eat almost daily.

I just started running in August as well. At that point, I could not run in the extreme heat. I could only do it in the morning before it got too hot. Fall runs were much better, temp wise. I haven't run in the rain or in the extreme cold either. I tried running around 38* but it was too cold. I came back inside and ran on…

Congratulations! That's awesome!

We eat low sodium at my house because my husband's doctor recommended it for HIM to control blood pressure. It has worked well for him and we all feel better with less sodium so we all eat that way. ;) I have found that when we have more sodium at a meal (now that we've been eating this way for literally years), I feel…
