  • Most days (Sunday morning breakfast as a family being the exception), I have the following: 1. Hot beverage (coffee, teeccino, or chai tea) 2. Two pancakes (gluten free and dairy free due to food sensitivities) 3. Protein shake (almond milk, ice, protein powder, powdered PB, spinach) I’m terrible at getting protein into my…
  • I can’t eat butter thanks to a dairy intolerance. Assuming this is your issue as well, OP, I like Earth Balance which is a vegan butter spread that tastes a lot like real butter and behaves similarly when cooking/baking with it as well. In baked goods, I typically sub unsweetened applesauce. I also like cooking with olive…
  • I’ve been using Beachbody On Demand. I like having a library of workouts to choose from on my Roku.
  • I started 21 Day Fix Extreme this week. I’m making adjustments so that it fits my life. I do BOD 5 days per week and walk 3-5 miles 7 days per week. So this week, I dropped Pilates extreme and yoga extreme. I also don’t have the band required and am not sure what I could use instead (for Pilates) so that adds to the…
  • I have Beachbody On Demand and enjoy it. I like having a variety of workouts to choose from and the ability to pick a program to follow or not. I prefer weights and strength workouts so typically stick to those but have done some cardio and some of the dance workouts like Cize and Country Heat. At around $8/month when you…
  • I just signed up for Beachbody On Demand for a year. It’s similar in price for a year of Netflix so I figured it was a good price. Plus, I do better with a specific program to follow for workouts. This gives me tons of options so I don’t get bored. 21 Day Fix is good. Cize is fun, as is Country Heat (and I don’t actually…

  • Wow, yes, there is a total difference! As others have said, it looks like more than ten pounds! Congratulations on all your hard work!!
  • Congratulations, that’s so exciting!!
  • Congratulations on the birth of your baby! The BEST (weight-related) advise I received after having my babies (I have four of them, ranging from 10-19 years old!) was that it takes you 9 months to put the weight on in pregnancy and it's perfectly okay for it to take another 9 months to get back to your "normal." Don't rush…
  • For cheese, I like nutritional yeast for Parmesan subbing. Daiya brand for everything else. But if you haven’t been off cheese long, none of it will taste like cheese. I suggest going six months without it then try it. Haha.
  • I make it with unsweetened almond milk as I can’t do dairy but it’s definitely delicious just not super filling for me.
  • This is amazing!!! Way to go!!
  • Congrats!

  • Great job! Your baby is adorable!
  • This sounds delicious! Can you share the recipe?
  • Coffee and pancakes, sometimes fruit too.
  • I'm 5'3" (36 years old) and bounce around between 120-125lb in maintenance. I eat 1650-1750 calories before exercise, closer to 1950-2000 when I walk for an hour or so. But I also find better success at higher calories with lifting 3 times a week.
  • Not really, no, but I did make myself a bunch of new clothes that I love including unicorn leggings. ;) But if it would make you happy, go for it!
  • Try searching for paleo recipes. That will give you some great ones. I'm dairy free too. It's tough at first, but you adjust. Also, I really like the Minimalist Baker. She has some amazing recipes that are often gluten free in addition to being vegan which makes them dairy free (another search term I use to find recipes).
  • I eat between 1/2 cup and 3/4 cup of non-dairy ice cream (I'm dairy intolerant) every single night almost without fail. I adore it and I'm definitely not sorry about it.
  • I drink almond milk mostly and occasionally coconut milk. I'm dairy intolerant so can't have regular cows milk.
  • Great work! You look amazing!
  • I can't eat dairy so I use it to make a fake cheese sauce and I'll sometimes sprinkle it on spaghetti or something.
  • My baby is 7. I've had four c-sections. I work out in some way every single day and have for the last 9 months or so. I'm at my goal weight which puts me at a 20 on the bmi scale. Completely normal weight, in other words. I still have the extra whatever in my belly. It's not totally flat though I can see the start of a two…
  • I work out in the morning. I get up around 6, mess around on my phone way too long, drink coffee, get kids off to school and husband off to work, eat something small, then work out around 830/900. I'll often go for a walk or do a workout video with weights. I've been running again now that it's warm too. Today I'll go to a…
  • I've had four csections. I'm at a totally normal weight wearing a us size 4/6 jeans depending on brand. I still have it. I don't think it'll ever totally go away.
  • Since you're asking what I do, I'll tell you that I make up for it in the following days with an extra workout or fewer calories, but I'm also in maintenance and can't really afford to just let my overages go over and over again. I think if I were in your position, I'd probably just let it go and start fresh the next day…
  • I'm 36, 5'3", and 120lbs. This is my ideal weight. Any lower and I don't think I could properly sustain it as I'd get fewer calories per day to eat. ;)
