It took me 4 months to lose 22 pounds. Now in maintenance I'm attempting the tedious process of recomp. Everyone is different though. ;) You can do it!

I'm no help here. I love Chipotle and always get the steak bowl with veggies, Brown rice, black beans, salsa, and extra lettuce. Too many calories, I'm sure, but yummy. I just don't eat there often.

I pre-log my nightly bowl of ice cream with dark chocolate chips every morning. It's my go-to sweet snack. ;) I'm not really into candy. Sometimes I have cookies or cake too. For salty, I love either mini pretzels or popcorn freshly popped on the stove.

I'm only 5'3" and I eat about 2000 calories a day (eating my exercise calories included in there) at maintenance. I'm thinking maybe 1600 at 6 feet tall is too low for you for maintenance.

I agree with everyone else. You are seriously underweight and at major risk for some very serious, life threatening issues because of it. Go to your Dr today and tell him/her what's going on. Make a plan with them.

I use coconut oil because I like it. It's a great alternative for butter, which I can't eat because I'm lactose intolerant. That's also the reason I use a non dairy milk. Protein powder is great if you are lacking a protein source in your actual diet. I don't think you need any of the other stuff.

I've had 4 csections. You shouldn't be exercising at all before 6 weeks PP. It's not safe. You can seriously hurt yourself doing it. Please wait until you are cleared by your Dr. Weight loss will be totally doable after that happens.

I started back here in August, using shakeology and 21 day fix through the end of September. Beachbody was doing a promotion where they'd pay you if you participated. I did get paid, by the way. I actually drink most of a cup of coffee before working out in the morning, then eat breakfast after. I feel too full working out on a full stomach.
