I am 53 and have lost 73 pounds. My journey started 10/10. I have been maintaining for the past year mostly. My weight fluctuates by around 5 to 10 pounds. I prefer morning exercise. When I was doing it after work it felt like a chore. Now, since I do it in the mornings before I go to work it makes me feel energized and I know I am finished for the day!

I had gastric bypass surgery in 2001. I will tell you that it is not the answer to all of your problems. Would I do it again? Absolutely. I dropped down to 140 lbs at my lowest after the surgery.
