Tuscan white bean and garlic soup - you can find the recipe on foodtv.com and look up Giada De Laurentis. I'd recommend modifying the recipe a bit and adding more beans and omitting the cream if you're looking for a lighter recipe If it's too thick, just add more chicken broth. Very delicious. Family's favorite!
