I have read that it helps increase building muscle. Think u need to consume at least 3000 IUs. Be careful before taking them without consulting a dr first. I've also heard too much can b hard on your kidneys

Chicago is a great city. Better to come during the summer so you can enjoy outside events. My fav place is NY b/c of the diversity and Miami...nice weather when it's not raining, clubs, and fun times!!!!

Yes BMI u can get from a chart at the doctor's office. The hand held devise is about 2% off give or take. Best time to do it is when you haven't eaten in an hour and if u have some muscle, put it on Athlete and not Normal. Good job on your loss so far!! Keep it up!!

Same here!! A runner told me, b/c of the expansion of the foot, it's best to buy your shoes a 1/2 size bigger and that should help with the tingling sensations. Also try to keep your heel down when doing the Elliptical...at least that what a trainer said. Guess everyone has an answer...LOL
