I am definitely weak when it comes to gripping...weights so i do more of the over hand under hand grip. I switch which hand is over and under per set to try and keep my body even.

Well to gain more muscle you may need to start working out more than twice a week. Not sure how long you've been doing the same workout routine, but that may need to change as well. For various workout tips try bodybuilding.com

I've been taking them for a few weeks now. I can't feel a decrease in appetite,but an increase in energy. I have mine mixed w L-carnitine. After I'm finished w this bottle I may not purchase them again. I wouldn't call it vanity,, just a bit of assistance.

I too, have a hard time gripping heavy weight and found that the straps do help a lot. Doing everything else they mentioned is great as well, but if u want something instant, get the straps. Also I would recommend the cloth ones over the other ones. They seem to give more flexibility in your hold.

I personally prefer ON, b/c it doesn't have as much sodium as a lot of the other proteins. It already has BCAA's in it and per scoop you get 24g of protein, where as with others, sometimes you need two scoops to get that amount. YES I HAVE!!! Several ladies here at work have done this diet. Both have lost a significant amount of weight. One gained a bit back, but the other is staying strong. I think it works, but not sure how long lasting someone would want to keep following those rules.

Have you ever considered adding more than one scoop to your shakes? or maybe have a shake twice instead of once. not sure when you workout, but if you workout in the evening, do one in the morning and then again right after your workout. if you're an early morning person, do your shake in the am and then have another later…
