Think by nature one side of the body is bigger than the other. Definitely don't change your workout by lifting heavier on that side, but instead maybe do more dumbbell and hammer strength machine exercises till u feel more comfortable.

Based on findings, they said that PB2 although having fewer calories, it has less protein, fiber, and Vitamin E than peanut butter. it's totally up to you. i would recommend going with good old fashion natural peanut butter. it's a good fat. yeah calories are high, but all the other nutrients are there.

I too am having a hard time increasing my weight. I'm currently stuck at doing 135lb about 4-5 times over a course of 3 sets. I do enjoy incline more so than flat. Harder, but seems to be less stressful on my shoulder area.

I'm 5'4.5" 162lbs and plan to be around 125 by the end of spring. I have my calories at approx 1400 per day. I don't feel like I'm gaining additional weight w cardio and weight training included. Been avoiding weighing my self till the end of the month. Hope I'm gaining muscle as well as decreasing fat.

you don't have to give up dairy completely. Get some lactaid pills and take them prior to your dairy consumption. They help a lot. Otherwise, as mentioned by everyone else, there's soy, almond, coconut and other lactose free options. i would definitely recommend the pills though. Who wants to give up stuff like...Nachos…

I have big thighs and I love them. As a matter of fact Im working on getting them bigger and toned.
