I am 5'3". At my lightest I was about 120. 10 years, marriage and two babies later, my highest (the day I had my second daughter) was 207. I lost 15 pounds just from having the baby and started dieting at 192. I am currently 147 and still losing. My goal weight is 125.

Just pulled my copy out of a box in my attic last night after seeing this thread. I tried it a few years ago and didn't even finish one day. I am much more motivated this time around.

I finished week 4 this week but have decided to repeat it because I was still struggling a bit with it. Re-starting week 4 tonight!

I weigh in on Fridays, too. I was down .9 this week. Not the best, but I was expecting a gain, so i'll take it!

I use PB2 in vanilla protein shakes for breakfast- SO good. I also will spread a tablespoon or so onto a whole grain Wasa cracker and top with sliced banana for lunch. OR onto a Kim's Magic Pop and melt a bit to spread it further. Yum.
