Fat or Sugar?
Both of those are always way over for me. I would like to start paying more attention to them, but would rather focus on one at a time. Which is more important to keep down?

How many calories should I be eating?
I have my calories set at 1200. I have no problem meeting that. Some times I go a few under (like-11, not hundreds) and sometimes I go over. I don't freak out either way.
