This is me..if I eat a heavy breakfast, I want to go back to bed. I usually eat 2-3 times before lunch.

I used to think it was "bad" to eat after 8 or 9pm..and then I would have a hard time falling asleep. In order to keep up with my healthy lifestyle, I always have a late night snack. Eating Ricecake Thins with PB2 right now. :)

This is an extremely helpful thread. I am a third year student midwife, and Ive gained 25 lbs over the last three years due to my crazy schedule.
