Wraps are good. You can do a lot from snacks to lunches. You can roll up fruits and some PB in there. Tuna with alfalfa and tomatoes and tons of veggies. Grilled chicken wraps. This. And once you stop eating those foods, you wont want them anymore. The thought of some fast food grosses me out! Don't be around that junk and don't keep it in the house. You could also try and making those foods you crave at home in a healthier way. Hungry Girl has a lot of those recipes.

I think it is probably because you are getting more used to it and getting into better shape. It's a good thing! Make sure you are using the HRM correctly (wetting the electrodes and strapping it tight, etc). Kinda like how I used to DIE walking up a flight of stairs, sounding like a rhino, and now I don't :)

I recommend the Biggest Loser food scale, love mine! I was going to get a fancy one that calculates calories and such, but just got the basic one and have been very happy with it :)

I will never again buy a fancy scale.... sticking to the regular digital ones. Make sure it is on a flat surface and that you stand straight, feet flat and dont move :)

I had to stop BC because it was affecting my moods too much. I was on the lowest dose too. Can you try a lower dose that what you're on now? I'd speak with your doctor about the depression, it def is a side effect.
