I started at 255 and the worst was how uncomfortable I always felt. Always adjusting my jeans and clothes. When I sat down, my muffin top would hang over my jeans. Sounding like I'm dying when I walked up the stairs. And always hating myself in pics because of my chins :(

I LOVE THE ARC!!!!!!!!! I usually do interval or manual and love putting the incline and resistance in the 20s. I usually burn around 350 to 400 cals in 30 minutes per my HRM. The machine is usually too high by 100 cals or so.

Go to GOALS and do CUSTOM not GUIDED. It will let you change what you want :happy:

Sugar from fruits is different. It is ok. Fruit sugar is fructose and refined sugar is sucrose. Sodium causes you to retain water and is bad for blood pressure.

A small french fry at McDonalds is supposed to weigh 2.5 ounces. So if they are similar in size to those, I would eyeball. I have the Biggest Loser food scale and LOVE IT! Wasn't expensive either :happy:
