I've been reading on the post and it seems like theres some discussion on limiting your sodium? I'm confused. I thought I only had to limit my sugars. Which brings me to another question....I'm supposed to eat fruit but when I do I I always go over my sugar allowance.

Limiting sodium helps your body stop water retention, among other things. With sugar I would recommend trying to limit your processed kind more than worrying too much about your sugar intake from something like fruit.0

Sugar from fruits is different. It is ok. Fruit sugar is fructose and refined sugar is sucrose.
Sodium causes you to retain water and is bad for blood pressure.0 -
Okay, Thank you. I was flipping out. I ate raisin bran for breakfast and an apple for a snack and I was over!0
