I've burned almost 900 calories in one hour running stadiums... The bigger you are the more you usually burn. Normal not too strenuous exercise I usually burn 100 calories per 10 minutes.

Having one cheat day is OK. If you keep on depriving yourself, you may wind up bingeing. Just keep in mind some of the tools this site has taught you while you cheat. I usually burn about 100 cals per 10 minutes for a basic workout, nothing too strenuous. I would try different websites for calorie tracking and average them. Or to be on the safer side, lowball. MFP definitely overestimates! My friend has an app on her phone that keeps track or her HR and guestimates calories burned.

I usually go for the steamed chicken and veggies. Egg drop soup isn't too bad calorie wise, but sodium WHEW!!! I also like the curry chicken., not too sure how they make it, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Or ask them to not use oil etc. Enjoy :)

I got sick (like flu sick) after eating spaghetti squash and tomato sauce. Now even thinking about spaghetti squash and even typing it makes me wanna puke omg so baddd!! I know getting sick had nothing to do with eating it, but it's the correlation :sick: :sick: :sick:

Do not look at it like that! You'll drive yourself nuts! Set mini goals of 10, 15 20 lbs. break it up! When I look at my loss, sometimes I think omg I STILL have 40 to lose, but you CAN'T do that to yourself. Just take it step by step! Day by day.

Eff that noise! I was 220 lbs doing fitness boot camps full of skinny people. Now some of the videos out there are more for muscle building/sculpting and such (like P90X ...) and not so much weight loss. But you are still burning calories and being active. You could do it!!

I agree with buying in bulk or hitting up the farmers market. I have a market where I live, I can buy a huge bunch of local spinach for $1.50, if I buy a bag of it at Publix its a lot more! Also frozen veggies. Usually cheaper and last longer. Beans are always great too and soups are always cheap to make. Planning also…

Unripe bananas have resistant starch in them which can help you not feel hungry. Apples fill me up more than bananas though. I'd go with the apple, just personal preference.

Cheat days are necessary for me. As long as you keep in mind somewhat healthy eating habits when you do it, you'll be ok. You shouldn't deprive yourself alll the time :)
