I just finished my Subway lunch......totally YUMMY!!!! I have lost 25 pounds and I attribute a lot of that to Subway, they have become my go to fast food of choice. And they have become my kids go fast food of choice as well, added bonus! I think if it’s working for you, then stick to it. I have found that it ALL works,…

The only things that I don't log are things like lettuce, tomatoes, onions, carrots, green peppers, etc. Basically raw vegetables that I know don't have a huge amount of calories. I also don't log my splenda's for my coffee in the morning. And though I know I should, I don't typically log anything that I drink that is…

I confess that I had a horrible nightmare about my daughter’s death last night (she would have been 24 tomorrow) and woke up screaming and crying. So I got little to no sleep last night, am exhausted today, and wish that I could just stay in bed under the covers until Saturday. I'd really just like to skip tomorrow!!!

Or maybe I'd let you ruin mine...............:wink:
