Hey, I've been there, we all have. DON'T dwell on it, that's what makes it so hard. Move on and do better, that's the best we can do! Good luck~!!!
-
You forgot me :-( I reported to you yesterday, don't get me whacked!!!:noway:
-
Done, 150!!!

OK, I'm with everyone here, March wasn't all that great. But it's Spring, so let's start anew!!! April 2nd Me - 1  Binge - 0 :grumble: Here we go! oh-goal, no more than 1 binge a week (I use to binge 2-3 days at a time, so this would definitely be an improvement!!!)
-
That's my capo. . .
-
Welcome to the family lizai1 :drinker:
-
I'm halfway. . . I got this. . . :glasses:
-
April 1st starting weight 152lbs. Let's go!!!
-
Can we do in smaller increments or do they have to be all at once?????
-
Glad to be here! Excited for the challenge, hope I don't let anyone down.. . . I might need a little more instruction than others since I'm new but I promise to give my all!!!
-
Hey, you're my Capo, right??? Hoping not to let you down :embarassed:
-
March 29th Me: 3 Binge: 2 Oh no, he's catching back up. . . DARN YOU March Madness. . . . (yes, I blame it on the close Sweet 16 games. . .someone has to be responsible) :grumble:
-
I am with you on this. Lack of sleep and stress cause the binging. Lack of planning too (which sort of follows after lack of sleep and stress!!!) I think if we identify what is doing it to us, then it won't be so bad of an issue. Will we ever be perfect? NO. . . but we're getting there :drinker:
-
I agree with both Chocoholic! Dark chocolate satifies the sweet tooth craving but I truly think it is physically impossible to binge on it (trust me, if it were possible, I would have done it by now!!!) Not to mention, it actually is good for you and recommended by many dieticians  And the mouthwash is another good…
-
Soooo fun. . . I LOVE IT!!!!
-
Hey, I'm on that Monti. . something crew.. . . but I don't see anyone else---where is my crew:frown: ????
-
Wait, you were 'complaining' about the new one??? Needing a shave???? Who cares. . . you look FABULOUS! Congrats.:flowerforyou:
-
I'm with several on here. . . yoga is meant to be spiritual, what it may have done is got you to connect with your feelings (and yes, it's hard as H#LL!) But work with it, not against it. I'm very good at it, have cracked up at myself sometimes in how horrible I am at some of the more advanced poses, but I too, at one time…

You know, if the threat of being 'whacked' ain't enough to make me lose weight. . .then nothing will :noway:
-
I'm scared now!!! :noway:
-
March 28th: Me: 3 Binge: 1 Sooo much easier now that I have to report this to someone. . . this is the greatest thing I've found. . .thanks everyone (ok, I know, it's not always going to be easy. . . but usally one binge DAY leads to one binge WEEK before I straighten back up!):blushing:
-
March 27th: Me: 2 Binge: 1 I may have started late, but I finally pulled ahead!!! :glasses:
-
OK, I"m new, so everyone better direct me so I don't screw this up!!! :embarassed:
-
Oooo, this sounds fun! I need people to kick my butt into shape and being accountable, once I prove myself I will GLADLY take a promotion. Count me in as a soldier please :-)
-
You call that slow!!! That's more like my 'Half' time. . . .
-
I started running (if that's what you call it :blushing: ) about a year ago. Why? Because I wanted to do the Disney Princess Half at Disney World (hey, whatever it takes to motivate you  ) I completed it, but didn't like my pace. Had lots of issues during training due to knees, so now my goal is to complete it again…
-
OK, evened the score. Me - 1 Binge - 1 Obviously this late in the month is not that helpful, but I guess I can call it my warm up to really Kick-@$$ in April ;-)
-
Glad I found this group. . . ok, a little late in the month though, already down by 1 from yesterday, but will start now and continue through April with all your support!! Me: 0 Binge: 1

I am the exact same way! It is nice to see others are the same. I'm fine, doing well, eating well, making progress and then ONE DAY I slack off and it's all downhill. I serious can't have one 'cheat day' or one 'lazy day' because I do damage for about 2-3 weeks and just can't straighten up!! I wish I wasn't like this, but…

Oh, and one last thing, the reason I note that I think it's more about how you 'feel' rather than how you 'look'----you keep saying you are 'afraid' to eat----that is pretty telling. You shouldn't be afraid of food. You are working out nearly to the extreme with all the Insanity, etc. Food should be your friend. Might need…
