I live the keto lifestyle & love it! Lastnight I had 2 grass fed beef burgers with cheese, mayo & siracha sauce wrapped in romaine lettuce leaves & 2 baby dill pickles with a true lemonade packet mixed in my water to drink and for dessert a chocolate mug cake made with almond flour. Yummo! You can find plenty of keto info…

For a variety why not try baked fish or salmon. Hello omega-3s lol. I'm eating the keto lifestyle which includes eating protein & veggies but I also like variety too. Give it a try. Good luck!

I just eat meat, veggies & a few berries. LCHF lifestyle. Carbs like breads, pasta, potatoes, & rice made me lethargic & go right to sleep after I ate them & I don't like feeling that way so I gave them up & have more energy & am more alert than ever.

No one is completely "no carb". There are carbs in veggies but because of the fiber it really doesn't spike your blood sugar. I'm a veggie lover too

I've been doing LCHF aka Keto diet for awhile now & have now made it a lifestyle way of eating. No longer calling it a diet lol and I love eating this way! Now I'm not perfect, no one is, and I do binge & cheat every now & then, far & few but this lifestyle is so easy I just own it, not get down on myself & get back to…

I'm with you on the binge eating. Chips & popcorn are my weaknesses & I've binged plenty of times myself over the course of me changing my eating lifestyle but I just own it & move on. If you can't do that, move on, & based on your comment that its been 2 weeks, seek counseling, individual or group, there maybe another…

I tried every fad diet there was until I just got tired of yo-yo dieting so I became a lacto-ovo vegetarian for 3 yrs. I just got tired of chewing meat so i got rid of it lol. Anyhoo, while eating this way, incorporating wheat, rice, potatoes, pasta, butter & eggs in this lifestyle, I've noticed IN ME certain physical…

As far as your treadmill you can walk at a slow pace but put it at an incline. You can also alternate from no incline to high incline if your knees start bothering you either way this will still burn calories. Good luck!

After I workout I drink Whey Isolate to repair my muscles. Isolate is better than concentrate and cost a little more and it absorbs quicker into your system.

Maybe you should consider making gifts and not buying them. Don't buy designer anything if you are. For example, you can get a good pair of kicks for $90. They may not be the latest and greatest but your feet are protected. Sometimes we have to make sacrafices until we are able to enjoy the finer things but in this economy…

I only eat mine's back if I'm hungry or want a treat that day. If not, I stick to my daily calorie amount. It's up to you really. But if you're not losing, then either don't eat them or just eat half of them. You have to do what's right for you.

OMG!! My weaknesses, Kettle brand potato chips, regular or baked, and it doesn't matter what flavor. Chocolate cake with chocolate icing and Magnum ice cream bars, any flavor, with the belgium chocolate...yummo!!! Help me please. I'm addicted.

Hi, why are your calories so high? What do you mean "you don't eat enough for your weight class?" Did you calculate how many calories you are to eat to meet your goal weight? These are some of the questions you need to ask yourself. But please, don't overwelm yourself or you might get discourage. Take baby steps. Start…

Hi, I have had plantar faciotomy as well but have since had surgery. I just want to say, you can still do cardio, riding a stationary bike will not bother you. Also, if you're not able to have the surgery, strenghtening the calf and ankle muscles will help tremendously in allievating the pain. Don't go below 1200 calories.…
