I'm enjoying doing the Shred-It with Weights and 30Day Shed. Just began Level 2 of both today. I know I am feeling better, so it must be working! Also doing the treadmill as well.

Hi! I'm on day 6 of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and Shred-It With Weights. They are good workouts!
