Great job, Kat! That was a huge wonderful accomplishment.

What a beautiful bride! And what a huge accomplishment. Good for you!

Heather: 5 Binge: 1 Really really wanted to tonight, but I didn't want to have to log it for all to see.
-
Good for you! Feel so proud of yourself. You are a success.

Uhh yeah. Been there and done that--not in many years, but I know that crazed out of control need to just eat and eat. I just joined this group a few days ago and it's amazing. You won't regret it--even if you just lurk. lol It's helpful.

Heather: 4 Binge: 1 I was on the fence about logging today as a binge day. On one hand it definitely wasn't a terrible day. I just ate more than I should. In the past I would've gone buck wild eating and eating and eating when I knew that I screwed up and ate too much, but this feels different. Even though I ate way more…

Mollie, thanks for writing this. I really saw a lot of myself in what you said. I signed up for the 50 day challenge, but knew in my heart that it didn't sound like a good idea. I am definitely an all or nothing type--and I hate it. When I am good I am very very good... and well, you know the rest. Weekends are really…

Your post really touched me. Please know you more than the ugly, nasty things that you tell yourself. You are a special and you can succeed at this, even if you just start with tiny goals. Know I'm thinking and praying for you. I believe in you.

Heather: 3 Binge: 0 Thank you so much for the kind words info_nrs and Graelwyn75. It really meant a lot.

Heather: 2 Binge: 0 I'm so frustrated and down that one binge day can ruin days and weeks of hard work. I feel overwhelmed and frustrated by trying to figure out how many calories to eat, too little vs too much, what to eat/what not to eat. I feel like I can do so well 85% of the time, but that 15% screw up blows…

Yaaaay! Awesome.

I agree. What a fabulous thing to say about your husband. Personally I thought he was looking a little smaller too. :)

I just saw your post from Friday and umm you are looking pretty great! Enjoy this moment b/c you work hard to earn it.
-
I think that's a wonderful goal. I have problems with eliminating that one last binge day. I believe in you. You--we can do this!
-
Wombat, you can do this. Just take it one meal and one day at a time.

I'm 5'5". Is it weird that I'm shocked that everyone's goal is to be 110 lbs? My loftiest goal is to be 135. A year ago I was 140 and I felt fantastic at that weight.

I'm so very proud of you. My advice is keep going no matter what. There's always going to me mistakes and set backs, but it's how you react to them that makes all the difference. You are doing fantastic! Keep on keeping on. Heather

That's wonderful. Good for you!

It means a lot that you want to encourage other people with your fantastic success. I completely agree--time goes by whether you are accomplishing your dreams or not. Why not take advantage of that time? You are awesome. Keep it up!
-
Wow! I'm so proud of you.

I think your body was having an inflammatory response to the food and alcohol you ate. I can have wild weight fluctuations if I drink too alcohol or eat lots of sodium or eat foods that I have an intolerance--ie gluten, dairy, corn, sugar. Inflammation can cause excess water retention. Maybe that's part of your problem?

Hi Lab. When I was your age I went through the same things you are talking about. People feel uncomfortable when you change/improve and they don't. It sucks but it is a fact of life. Don't EVER let them make you feel bad or guilty or ashamed for your hard work and accomplishments. I am so proud of you for losing this…
