PW: 186.8 CW: 188.0 Its been so busy and I haven't planned meals like I should and the baby is sleeping differently so there's been a lot of ordering out and sleepiness. I've learned that I have to at least plan dinner or I will go over my calories and my budget. So... Tired... Zzz

Hello fitness family! PW: 188.2 CW: 186.4 Life is so crazy I hardly get on the community part of mfp. I am so glad to at least be able to make weigh ins. It's helping me to stay on track. As much as we would like them too, babies don't stay small forever. I'll have more time to be a bigger part of the group as time goes on…

PW: 189.2 CW: 188.2 I'm a little shocked I'm down at all as I went a bit over every night. The hubs and I have a midnight snack after the older kids go to bed (the baby is all over the place with her sleep). I'm thinking it's because I'm nursing so those extra calories go to her.

Quick question, are steps a requirement?

Hello everyone! So happy to be a part of this group. Name: Meagan Starting weight: 189.2 Weigh in day: Saturday I'm a Massachusetts (I see there are a couple of us here) wife to a guy I really freakin' like and a homeschooling (since 2018) mom to four amazing children. Today is day 6 of being sick. I had strep throat and then caught a virus. This bug is no joke!!! It took over my whole family but me the worst. I hate to say this but I'm out for the month. I've missed way too many days. :(
-
Exercise: didn't happen. Hopefully this is the last sickness of the season  Counted: Yes Tracked: Yes
-
Pass day 3 Another day on the couch for me. Too sick to move. Blah.
-
Pass day 2 Came down with something that knocked me on my butt. I was running at 2% today. My husband said I was running at 0% but I say 2% because I did get up to pee.
-
Exercise: Yes. Lots of playing outside even though it was cold. Within calorie limit: Yes. Tracked everything: Yes.

PASS. My daughter nursed all night long. Was up every hour. I'm exhausted and didn't have enough healthy options in the house and too much junk food candy. I did workout this morning though. We went shopping so I have bunch of veggies to get back on track tomorrow.
-
Exercised: Yes. Walked on the treadmill. Listened to some great music. Actually enjoyed myself. I miss running. Calories: Yes. Not enough fiber again and had some candy. Tracked: Yes.

30 minute workout on the stationary bike. I really burn calories on that thing which needed to happen considering all the candy I ate, blah. Counted everything. Stayed in my budget, had to work out harder to do it and I was exhausted from my busy day, but I made sure it happened. Might have to have hubby hide the candy…

I walked at a good pace for 40 minutes with the family today ☺ I tracked everything I ate and stayed within my budget. Even had some sweet treats!

Hello. My name is Meagan and I'm a wife and mom of three. I lost all the baby weight after my first but then had my second and gained 20lbs and then my third and gained 20lbs more. I'm really glad I found this group because I need it. I used to run all the time and loved it and would love to get back into it. I love being…

I'm in the same boat! I think a group of people helping to motivate one another and keep us all accountable would be great! I need to lose 50lbs but 30 in 6 months sounds awesome. I'm in!

My boy is almost a year and we're also breastfeeding. Probably will for a while as we both enjoy it. With my first the weight came off so easily but this time around I'm doing ecological breastfeeding and still haven't gotten back to my monthly cycle which I think is throwing my weight loss game off.
-
This might sound odd and some people might think it's not good too be motivated by this but... My husband is my motivation, the reason I want to get in shape and look great. I've always dated duds but hit the jackpot with my husband. He is kind and caring, great with the kids, listens to me and tries to always be the best…

I think your plan sounds fantastic! We have almost the exact starting and goal weight, feel free to add me.
-
I wouldn't eat back more than 50% of the calories you burned working out. How's your water intake?
-
Your body makes me wish I was pear shaped! You look amazing!
