I tried IF for a month everthing was going great until I missed my period.I am always on tiime..So yes it did effect my menstrua pattern.It makes you irregular.

This happenened to me twice also.Once two years ago when i lost about 15 LBS in one month.And the other time was last year when i tried fasting and eating one meal a day to loose weight.It happens when there is a change in your body diet,weight..I know how you feel.It should regulate soon.

For me personally i dont see why you need to cut grains out all together.As long as you stay under your carb limit you can have your wheat bread or oatmeal or fruit.Just dont over due it.

i just started about two days ago and have already lost two pounds.The carbs that MFP tells you to eat is WAY to high for the avrage person.So i did some research on low carb and it is working great.I am also watching my calories as well.

I tried it for a week.Skakes get old fast.Its nothing like eating food and getting the same result.
