  • You can do it! I am in the same boat, I had a large weight loss about 10 years ago and then have gone up and down over the past few years. I would also like to stay down and for the long haul! Welcome! You'll love MFP, great app and website and lots of encouragement on here.
  • You can do it! I was in the 100+ club as well, wnet from 372 to 235, then back up and back down. The thing is being consistent! (which we all have issues with) You can do this, if I did (and am) then anyone can! Remember you are eating to fuel your body!
