To survive the humid Brisbane summer - I'm used to dry Perth summers and dislike perspiring so much (so unlady like!). Less fat = less perspiration! But most of all I really want to be able to wear zip up boots (as others have mentioned). As soon as I reach my goal weight I'm racing out to buy a fabulous pair of boots :-)

My perfect winter snack is a microwaved corn cob - I just microwave it with the husks on, 1.5 mins then rotate 180 degrees and then another 1.5mins.
