Yes, I do.......have 80 guardian and working a thief up now.....I like the game since it has enough variablity in all the classes to not be stagnant. If anyone wants to group I am on Jade Quarry.....80 Guardian is Sir Aph and 57 Thief is Pyl Fer. Rangarth is my gamer tag as well.

Keep in mind that you are also going to get to the point that you are building muscle and not losing as much fat. Muscle weighs more, so I would advise if you are getting to that point to start taking measurements and that is where you will see differences.

I have been on here for 12+ weeks now and use the guidance of MFP. The reason they give you more calories than maybe weight watchers or some other diets is they go off of the "starvation" theory. I would suggest a little memo book to tote around and record for when you cant get to the site easily. Welcome and it is enlightening when you record everything.

Hello, started 6 weeks ago and am an active logger. For those times though that I cant make it throughout the day, I keep a pocket memo book with me and log everything in it and then transpose it over to the log when I can get at it. Add me if you want another friend on this journey.

Depends are you doing the exercise to burn off those extra calories? If so then you will make your goal. I am a coffee drinker as well. I dont use sugar but I do use flavored creamer which contains some sweetner. So walk the extra 15 minutes or whatever it takes to burn it off.

Keeping fruit in the hotel is nice for the snacks but keep in mind, restaraunts today are looking at also committing to a healthier eating crowd and have items that will let you eat well at the same time keeping your numbers.

I started at 312 and at last weigh in hit 293....Being 49 and 6'. Just watching what I eat and doing some regular exercise has gotten me here so far. I eventually want to step it up though and get some strength training in along with the cardio.
