  • I'm trying to maintain my current weight and I've only been on MFP for only a couple of days but I'm always over on my sugar intake and always under my calorie intake I know it will take some time getting used to monitoring the numbers but it does seem that I eat a some strawberries and I'm already using up halp my sugar…

  • I like to drink ice cold water but It always tastes so much better with lemon I slice up fresh lemon and put it in my water container. and it makes such a difference.
