Exactly what she said!!! It is horrible, I know because that is what I use to do. Eat ONE meal a day is the worse thing you can do for yourself. It is a struggle to get in the habit of eating more. Just prepackage some snacks atleast to start.

What meds did they start you on? For Fibro and Migrain they put me on Elavil/Amptitryptaline and I gained all my weight off that and so fast!

Have Yoga X tonight and it something I struggle with! 90 minutes of Yoga is a killer!!! But hoping to pass the 30 minute mark I did last week. Maybe throw in some Cardio X with it

Are you exercising daily? I am also sedentary all day.. nice way to say sits on my butt in office all day lol. So I have to incorporate 60 minutes or more of exercise daily. I just started and it told me 1200 cals since I am sedentary

Yoga is hard, I tried it once at the gym and thought I was gonna die lol! Did you make it through the whole thing? I know the P90 Yoga is very long.. I know I prob wont be able to do all of it Good job!
