Hi ladies, I'm in the process of getting approved by my insurance for the gastric sleeve. I really like this site for keeping track of my food, since I am a gadget geek I use my iphone for tracking and not the pen and paper way. Any tips you gals can give me would be apreciated! Thanks Lemmy
