  • It's unavoidable. Restaurants will always add butter or oil to grilled items because it helps to keep things from drying out at high grilling temperatures, and it tastes great. I would just log an extra 2-3 teaspoons of butter with the meal and let it go. You did great!!!
  • I would do the grilled catch of the day, hold the salsa (pine nuts are almost pure fat). Choose a baked potato, no sour cream, and a steamed vegetable.
