PW 228.4 CW 230.2 ugh...am walking more but did miss a couple days and had one day I had multi social events that centered around food... I am not going to give up...I know what I need to do...just need to be consistent! Let's hang in there! Congrats to those who saw some loss!

OK...yesterday was a wash with attending social functions all day...did much better today.. am doing del in logging in and drinking my water, except yesterday... I am back on track...may this coming week continues!!! hope all are doing well.

yes...weekends can be difficult...and I was no exception...kinda ran out of gas....did fair w/ eating but the exercise part was more difficult to get in... but today...I did awesome!!! I walked 7 miles and am up to 40 crunches and hope to get more in tomorrow! I also drank my water and logged in food, keeping my calories…

logged in food...ate healthy and stayed within my calories!......drank plenty water....did upper arms weights...did not get my exercise in today...a must for tomorrow!

I've been doing well each day and getting my points until today...drove a few hours to be w grandkids for the week...tomorrow I will be up early thirty walking the dog! Let's hang in there...only 2 more days to go!

WED a good day today! 1 point - keeping in touch and thanks for folks who check in w me 3 points - If you drink 64 oz. of water and still drinking 3 points -had 3 servings....a big one for me 5 points ate my veggies today--another big one for me 5 points - checked in 5 points - had a 3 miles walk today...felt great!

I am just getting back form a vacation...I was able to get several days of good walks in the warmer weather and since my return home...my hubby walked with me on Valentines Day and I had a great walk again today...I was thinking I needed to add a new workout as well...this challenge will get me to find one...I am logging…
