The MFP settings told me between 1800 and 1900, but that pretty close to what I was eating before. I don't think my current speed burns 400 calories a minute, I think my 30 mins = about 200 calories. I'm going to repeat the workout tomorrow with hopefully more success. Thanks so much for the input!
