  • IMO this is the reason people fall back on the wagon... They HAVE to do it for themselves. If they do it for others, it won't last regardless of who the others are. They themselves have to decide it's time, they have to know it and not consider it a concession for someone else or other reason.

  • I upped mine to 8 to 10 cups a day. I seldom drink anything else, but sometimes I'll have a diet soda; not regularly though.
  • Sometimes mine misscans the barcode and it displays a completely different food than I scanned. A second scan usually gets it right. Also, some foods are not exact, but close enough. Like some generic tuna can might display as chicken of the sea... close enough for me.

  • They say that p90x2 is for those that have completed p90x original. I haven't done 2, as I'm still working on the orignal, that's just what I've read from beachbody.
  • Stop looking for excuses to not log. Pick a program and stick with it. Cherry picking the parts of multiple programs that you like is not going to pan out well at all.

  • I'm not a fan of "hard to get", but for safety reasons I wouldn't have taken the ride home either, especially if you just just met him recently.
  • Working out causes damage to muscles that needs to be repaired. To repair the muscles the body retains water in the muscles. Also, eat at least some portion of your calories back from the workouts if you aren't. Give it a chance to work. It's not a fast process.
  • MFP is not "to the calorie" exact. It gives suggestions based on averages. It gives you a place to start and once you get to know your body a bit better and MPF isn't doing exactly what you need then tweak the numbers down or up a bit to get the results you want.
  • Use the recipe feature and decide how much you want one serving of the finished product to be. It'll do the math based on what you entered for ingredients.
