Your problem is you're looking at daily comparisons. Don't compare them day to day. Do it weekly or monthly then look at the trend. Just like weight daily numbers may vary widely. You have to look at the big picture.

Everyone is different and what works for some may not work for you. Someone else's success story could be a complete bomb for another person. It sucks that there's no cookie cutter formula.

Because everyone can choose on their own who to allow and not allow to be their "friends".

If you still have your receipt take it back to Whole foods and tell them it was bad and you had to toss it. They should refund you or replace it with no question. I'm a bit bias, but I love the place.

It's just people trying to have input on subjects they know nothing/little about.

Just a sign that you're not really good enough "friends".

Whole foods has a "store brand" I believe it's called "everyday 365" that 's very reasonable as far as price goes. The line also follows the standards of ingredients they call for.

I see this as less to do with what she drank and more so that you are responsible for the choices you make. This is not the drink's fault. It is the fault of the person that could not make the choice to not do it.

Download google chrome and get an ad blocker plugin. I haven't seen an ad on this website for near a year.

The grunts I get, no issue there. As for dropping the weight as to not hurt yourself... It sounds like you're over-reaching to me. If you can't do the weight alone, or if a spotter can't reasonably assist you to not have to drop the weight, then it's too much weight. I'm sure the gym would appreciate you not dropping their…

One bottle of diet coke does NOT contain enough caffeine to have any diuretic effect.

They're all but the same. When you're done cooking most of what gets cooked out is water, with a small portion being fat....... assuming we're talking something like boneless skinless chicken breast. With that being said I've only ever seen anything being weighed before cooking. I've never seen or read or heard of anyone…

A) The fries did not kill all your work you did all week, know that. B) Yes, it would be unfair to him for you to ask that. C) You sound like you have it under control deciding to bust out a bit more cardio. Seems like you're pretty much is good here.

The gains you see are likely only due to water retention from sodium intake, not real (fat) weight. I think I'd have a difficult time eating 18000 caloires, on a normal weekend.

To me it's not a "pass/fail". I look at it as more of a puzzle, where you have a finished product you're trying to achieve (your daily logs meeting calorie intake and macros) and you have your pieces (food) that may or may not fit, but you have to try to get them as close as possible. Those are the battles, the war is my…

When he says high end, we're talking 3000 dollar range to get a US made frame. I like specialized, but really they're all in the same quality range at a given price range. Ferrari, Lamborghini... who cares... Just remember that the cheapest bike shop bike is infinitely better than the most expensive "walmart" bike.

cook/sautee veggies in extra virgin olive oil. the oil is great for you and 1 tablespoon is about 120 calories.

Any "plan" or "diet" that has a start and end will have a fail/regain associated with it. Any change you make to change your body composition will have to be a forever change, including the "calories in/calories out" as they suggest on this site. As soon as your revert to the habits that got you to where you started are…

It could if they're compatible, but your watch will be customized to you as far as your age, sex, weight so it'll be way more accurate. If you don't want to wear the watch, you could just keep it nearby. Many of the fitness machines have little trays for those that like to keep gadgets or things with them as they workout.

Wear what works for you. The cool people won' t judge.

Give this a read.. http://www.jeffgalloway.com/training/injury_archives/black_toe.html Over my 40 years of running, I've had hundreds of black toenails. The following is my advice in avoiding and treating this problem. This is offered as experience passed from one runner to another. You should always confer with a doctor…
