Count me in as well. My husband and I started it and did 13 days. I don't know why we stopped but I want to finish it through this time.

Maybe you need to add more protein or add fruit. These will both help keep you fuller longer. Hope that helped.

I'm in!! I love the idea of small goals to get to the overall. Start weight 168 Goal for July 163 Will take more if I can but will be happy with 5 pounds
