I started back in October of 2010 at roughly 190 lbs., and was at 140 by May 2011. Since then I just maintained my weight and stopped MFP for a while, but now I'm back, got down to my goal of 135, and am now working on getting FIT! I want to look better in a bikini at 30 than I did in my 20's, do that's my new goal :happy:

I'm at 135 now at 5'9" and trust me, for my body it is nowhere NEAR to thin. I haven't taken a pic since 135, but my profile pic is at 140, and I look pretty much the same.

Thank you! You WILL get there, trust me! Now I'm not concerned with the number on the scale, I'm focused on gettting FIT! So I know now that I'm getting serious with strength training (I did all cardio to lose the weight) the scale might go up a bit. I'm using inches to determine progress now instead of the scale! :)

Hummus is sooo good! I either dip veggies in it (baby carrots work well) or eat it with whole grain crackers. I always have fresh fruits and veggies on my list. As well as greek yogurt, Whole wheat bread, Whole wheat tortillas, and beans. I'm vegetarian, so no meat. I do make tuna fish on occasion though.

My baby girl is 21 months! I've lost all the baby weight (the 50 lbs. I gained during pregnancy PLUS another 30 lbs. because I was over weight when I got pregnant). Now I have this jiggly belly that I would LOVE to tone up! Add me! :)

Love this. I am 5'9". I started out at 199 (right after I gave birth to my daughter almost 2 years ago.) I have been maintaining at 138. I still would like to lose some inches in my waist and tone up. I need to add some pics! Way to go ladies!
