  • Hallo, bin auch aus Deutschland, lebe aber in den USA seit 2 Jahren. Ich hoffe, mit MFP endlich die Kilos killen zu koennen. Ich mach MFP zwar schon eine Weile, aber ich lass mich stressbedingt (job und studium) immer zum Ueberessen animieren und habe somit NULL abgenommen bisher. LG fitty
