Off the top of my head: - Calorie cycling - Carb cycling - Changing your exercise routine - Changing your exercise - Relax for a week or two - don't exercise - Increase your caloric intake by 100-300 - Decrease your caloric intake by 100-200

I prefer measuring myself over weighing myself. I do it every Monday morning after waking up, peeing, brushing my teeth, and washing my face. If I don't do those things then I feel INCREDIBLY bloated.

Flavour the chicken! Cook it differently - boil it, steam it, grill it. Hell, make it into a curry or a salad! Try salmon, tofu, milk is high in protein. I aim for 500ml of skimmed milk a day - it's less than 200 calories, 25g carbs and 17g protein. I'm on 40/30/30 too and so it really helps with my protein intake. (= Also…

Buy dates. They're sweet, they're high in fiber and EXTREMELY low in calories. A BRILLIANT substitute for sweet foods.

Horrible. My brother in-law does it and doesn't think anything bad about it. My sister absolutely hates it and has confront him about it, but he tries to justify it but it's not something worth justifying. My brother in-law also thinks that cheating on your wife after being married to them for a few years is okay. (They've…

No refined carbs or sugars.

I don't bother with fruit. It takes up too many calories, carbs and sugars. I'd rather go without and have a multi vitamin ;)

Yeah! Unlike Winsor Pilates, I actually feel like I'm doing something to my body with Blogilates!

Haven't seen it, looking forward to watching though! I started intermittent fasting almost two months ago and I loved it! I had more energy than normal and could keep up with my family's eating habits (they're big eaters). I committed myself to the Leangains fasting times so I fasted for 16 hours (7-8 of which I slept for)…

Do it once every week (or once every two weeks if you have less than 15lbs to lose), in the morning just as soon as you wake up but after you do to the toilet. Also, make sure you've had adequate sleep - sometimes I find I feel and look incredibly sluggish if I've had less than 5-6 hours of sleep. Using a measuring tape, I…

I'd count it if it's more than 100 calories (2 apples, for example). Also, if you're counting macronutrients then definitely count them! They contain a lot of carbs (and sugars too!).

There are A LOT of misconceptions when it comes to carbs. Essentially what you want to do is include them in your diet if you know you're going to start eating them after you get your weight loss results. Stay away from refined carbs and refine sugars because they're stripped of the essential nutrients. Consume wholegrains…

What I plan on trying soon is logging the next day's plan the night before and attempting to stick to it. Of course if anything changes, then no worries so long as I stay inside the 1000-1200 calorie frame. For now, because my family are celebrating Ramadan I'm logging the food as I eat it because our meals are pretty…

I've been attempting 1200 but because I eat small meals (less than 300 calories) I find it hard to reach that target unless I turn to junk. I've recently decided to go cold turkey and completely stop consuming processed sugars because I realised my 1200 calorie diet was becoming uncontrollable - two days ago I consumed…

I started C25K back in March, and I have to say it really is bloody brilliant! I never went past week 3 (pulled/tore my right calf and left hamstring muscles), but idrc because I gained a new love for running! I shall be starting again in a few weeks, and I can't wait! Take your time with it - use the weeks as guidelines.…

I started 100 push ups a few months ago but had to stop because exam season had started. =/ However, now that next exam season is in 9/10 months, I can't start it again! When I stopped, I got to week 3 I think, and got to about 25 push ups in one go. I've just done the initial test and got 17 done! Good luck everyone!…

Hahaha I was actually thinking the opposite earlier - how do people eat more than 1200?! Unless I have a really bad binge day (which does happen occasionally), I find it hard to reach 1000, let alone 1200! I am incredibly jealous of OP and anyone else that can eat more! Gah!
