Like normal oil. In terms of cooking it's nothing special, there's no preparation needed, you just get it near a little heat to melt it.

Don't care about weight. Just wanna be a UK size 8 (a US 4?).

It's just 2l. It's easy when you're used to drinking water. I have an 800ml water bottle which I drink from three times a day. I can't get enough of the stuff!

Calculate your TDEE (via online calculators) and consume that many calories 3500 calories is the generally accepted amount one would have to lose in order to burn off 1lb so you want to aim for 7000 calories. Your calorie deficit counts toward the 7000 so whatever's left should be burned through physical activity. SSoooo…

It's the fruit. Opinions vary on whether fruit sugar is bad, but if you're still losing weight whilst eating the stuff then don't worry about. However, you might want to check with your doctor if that amount of sugar is having any negative effect on your health.

Morning. Soon as you get out of your bed but after you pee. Don'ts do it on days after you binge or mornings when you pfeel bloated, that includes menstrual bloat. Don't do it at night. Your weight at night is completely different to your weight in the morning because the food you eat is obviously included in your…

What is she into? Make it something she would personally like. For example, I know I would personally prefer a personalised swiss army knife from a new boyfriend rather than some flowers because the army knife would be longer lasting and have greater sentimental value. (Btw, I'm not saying get her a swiss army knife, I…

I do. Have been doing so for two years now. It's ****img depressing when the inches decrease im one place but not in another. My waist is a ****ing non-mover. >.<

If you're going over by a couple grams then I highly doubt it'll matter - I aim for 20-25g but MFP's original setting is 13.8g, which i personally think is too low. If, however, you're having an unusual amount (something like 50g?) then I'd cut it down if I were you. Listen to your body.

Start taking your measurements. You might not be losing weight, but you might be losing cm/inches OR you could try: Calorie cycling Carb cycling How much water are you drinking? I think bodybuilding.com has a water calculator which you can use to give you an idea of how much you should be drinking. (I'd link you to it but…

I plan on MFP so I can meet my macros. Helps A LOT.

Go cold turkey and force yourself to stop eating them for a day or a week, then nother day or week, then another and then another, etc. I admit, these are extreme measure but theyre what help me when I become uncontrollable around sugar. (Just look at my diary yesterday!)

Both balance each other for me -- calories stop me from binging and macros help me consume the right foods and stop me from eating my daily calories in chocolate and biscuits! 0.0

Order dhaal or a chicken curry. Avoid korma (lot of fatty milk/cream and sometimes coconut). Avoid naan (lot of butter/oil involved when cooking). Surprisingly plain white rice is your friend in this situation. Don't think veg curry is going to be lower in calories than other curries - its pretty much the same as the other…

I'm in! Well, I don't measure my loss with a scale as I prefer to use a measuring tape. I've got about 2.5" left to lose on my waist and hips before I reach my target and I assume that that's about 10-15lbs(?) I'm currwntly on day 15 of the 30 day shred and am attempting to sort out my sleeping schedule so I can implement…

My first instict lead to your diet. How many calories are you eating? Do you count macros? What's your BMR? TDEE? What are you eating? Have you hit a platrau?
-
When it comes to fat loss i often hear macros don't matter. Certain ratios will work for some but not for others. Imo, set it to what works for you. I set mine to 40:30:30 (c:p:f) because I find that if the carbs are too high then I most probably will consume refined carbs in order to fill it - by having a relatively high…

Well, this is my personal opinion buuuut I highly doubt it'll matter - if the temperature has any effect on your metabolism then it won't be a significant effect - I imagine it being like the supposed effects of chilli/spices on the metabolism. Imo all that matters is that you drink the water. Have in whatever temperature…

My old ****ty diet. The thing I miss the most is being able to eat without hesitation.

Yes! It's pissing me off! *ready yourselves for my much needed rant!* I ONLY have 2-3" on my waist and hips that I want to lose but the fat doesn't seem to shift! Argh! Annoying. I've been trying to lose it for 12 months now. I've been coming in and out of plateaus but it just doesnt go. =( In the amount of time I've tried…

Total bs. Told me everything I knew - I crave sweets and should have my carb intake high. Wrong. If my carb intake is high then I'm more likely to eat more sweets and biscuits and things; such is the reason why I put my carbs low and protein high.

You need a slap? No. You need a reality check. Do what hurts the most - LOOK at yourself. LOOK in the mirror and SEE the person you've become. Only when I did that, did I realise I had to lose weight and so I did. If you feel nothing motivates you then you obviously haven't realised that you need to lose it.

Myth, myth, and more myth. That's utter bs. Just look into intermittent fasting, particularly things like Leangains, Eat Stop Eat, and/or Warrior Diet. I've been eating my calories in a 6-8 hour window, and fasting for 18-16 hours, and I've been losing weight as normal.
