64 days, but tbf I was messing around with my diet until four weeks ago which is when I REALLY started trying to lose the weight. In four weeks I've lost about 5lbs. I'm aiming for about 1.25-1.5lbs a week and have only got 10lbs and 8 weeks until I *hopefully* reach my goal! =D

The most accurate time is in the morning, after you go to the toilet and before you eat/drink anything. I do mine every Monday, except yesterday because I was INCREDIBLY bloated so I did it today and can happily say I'm only 3" from my target 28" waist and 34" hips. =D

As up-my-*kitten* as it may sound, I do think it about myself. It motivates me. =) Turn that negative feeling into something positive and use it to motivate you! I have a heart shaped face, a beautiful hourglass body and gorgeous legs. I'm only 1.5 dress sizes away from what I believe would be ideal in making my features…

The Actimel thing freaked me out... but it's like 28 calories and stops me from reaching for chocolate so I have got to have it! =0

Anything around/below 60 is brilliant. The lower, the better unless you have some kind of condition. I'm 17yo and my one is 49bpm, though it might be a little lower now.

Strength train.

Wheatbran! 1tbsp has 3g fiber and 1g protein! You just put it in whatever you eat, be it cereal, a sandwich or soup!

Yes Once or twice a week Junk - biscuits, chocolate, crisps, white bread if I'm brave. ;) The only negative effect is my dreaded junk food hangover that I suffer from the day after! It's one of few things that help me stay on track with my diet so all is good. :) As long as I'm burning 4375+ calories a week and eating…

Weigh weekly It's the only way you know you're on track. However, I would suggest you take measurements rsther than weigh yourself because the measuring tape is a little more reliable than the scale. (=

I seem to get a glow, so when I'm walking down a street or talking to people I've never met, they tend to give me the 'deer in headlights' look.

I made a new playlist earlier today and didn't realise I put Phantom Planet's California on twice. =/ I'm not one to listen to a song twice whilst working out. Idk why but hearing the same song twice (unless I'm addicted to the song!) slows me down. =S

How long has it been since you first started working out? It usually takes a few weeks before you start seeing results.

When I was 11yo my family and I took a family picture where I looked like a heavily pregnant 11yo standing infront of her much slimmer older sisters. A few months later I saw a school photo of myself standing next to two of my slim friends. I was disgusted. I finally saw what others had seen for years - since I was…

Anything with HFCS

Jelly! 44 calories, 2g carbs, 8g PROTEIN, and no sugar! =D Winwinwinwinwin!! =D

Yes! I have just over 10 weeks to burn 43,750 calories (About 13lbs!) =D Can't wait! At the end of it, I should be a UK size 8 (a US 4?) My one is very, very realistic and I'm comfortable with it - I'm eating a number of calories which I'm comfortable with (I used to have an eating disorder) and I've got a workout…

What's the science behind it? Exactly what you said - calories decrease significantly. It would be exactly the same as not eating throughout the entire day and only eating in the evening - exactly what I'm doing now. (It's currently 8pm in London, and I'm wondering exactly how I'm going to consume 1000 calories in the next…

Born and raised in London, though my parents are from Bangladesh.

Wheatbran should help you - 3g fibre per ONE tablespoon. It's inexpensive, but I'm not entirely sure if they sell it in the states. I know in the UK it's sold under the brand "Jordans".

Once a week, specifically every Monday morning.

The higher it is, the worse it is for you health because your heart needs to work harder to get your blood pumping I think my heart rate is somewhere between 50 and 59.(It was 59bpm last month but it's most likely decreased.) You might not be able to hear it, but for every beat you feel, your heart beats a second time so…

Usually when I'm eating. On days when I feel I might binge I pre-log my meals so then I know that I'll have to stick to it and I won't binge (=

I use the Cardio Trainer app on my phone to calculate distance, speed and time but record it on MFP. I don't trust the speed tracker on the app so I usually ignore that and calculate my speed using distance and time. (=

Get fit whilst getting thin and be an inspiration to the fatties in my family! =D

Skip the cereal. Earlier today I was looking at bran cereals and was surprised that one bowl contained 9g sugar! Wth?! I'd say go for porridge oats, oat bran, or have the cereal but watch your sugar intake for the rest of the day.
-
I personally wouldn't do anything - if anything, this will help your body by making your metabolism jump a little. Just carry on as normal and the weight will keep falling off (=

You can try: - Calorie cycling - Carb cycling - Changing your exercise routine - Changing your exercise - Relax for a week or two - don't exercise - Increase your caloric intake by 100-300 - Decrease your caloric intake by 100-200

Congratulations, you have discovered the 'vacuum pose'. (= People have reported seeing inches lost in their waist (and possibly hips) by doing this, but I personally have not seen such results on my waist. Try it, let me know if you see any difference after a couple of weeks. It is said to exercise your transverse…

1lb = 3500 calories - easily done through 500 calorie deficit in your diet 2lb = 3500 calories - easily done through 500 calories burned in exercise. i.e. walking 5mph for 60min burns 450-500 calories for me, and I'm just above 130lbs! Do those two for several days, and there you have 7000 calories burned, or in other…

- If your family are spontaneous eaters who could decided to get a pizza at 10pm, after you've consumed all of your calories for the day then eat a low calorie breakfast and lunch. - Again, if your family are spontaneous and have bad diets and are likely to order junk late in the evening, then wait until 7/8pm to eat the…
