  • I set a new clean and jerk PR - 143lbs. I think I would have had 153 but failed the first attempt and ran out of time. Looking forward to testing that one again soon.
  • I'm new to the group and about 8 months in to Crossfit...thought I'd add my total: Back squat: 243 Deadlift: 304 Strict press: 93 Total: 640 My strict press makes me sad....need to work on left shoulder mobility and that number should start to rise. :smile:
