Be Proud at how far you've come! Losing 30 pounds in 1 year is what my goal of Lose 30 by 30! My birthday is in 8 months from now and i'm determined to lose the last 30 pounds until my goal weight. I think that slow and steady is definitely the right pace.

My favorite way to get chocolate in is peanut butter that has chocolate chips in it. I make it work with my diet like having a PB and banana wrap in the morning for breakfast. tastes like dessert.

I did not liek the FItBit at all. I got it and i realized that you have to pay for the sleep tracker and it doesnt even have a heart rate monitor. I traded it in for the Garmin Vivofit and I LOVE IT. Personally it has everything i need Free sleep tracker, heart rate monitor, step tracker, calories burned by steps, miles…

Yes you will get stronger and be able to do full push-ups and all different types. When I started the program a year ago I couldn't even do a sit up or plank since I would shake so bad but as time goes on your body gets so fit that you'll be amazed I love the feeling to be able to do plank ups. Good luck!

OMG i feel the exact same way. The running man is soo painful and excruciating i couldn't do it. I did the best i can but then i just ended up running in place or in circles to keep up my heart rate. I cant wait until the 3 months are done and to see where i'm at.

It's okay do the best you can. I do the pushups on my knees but make sure their is cushion on your knees like a yoga pad, carpet, etc. Hard flooring will be painful for your joints.

Hi! I started my first day with JMBR yesterday and I’m tired and achy but excited for what’s to come. The meal plan is very simple to make and very flavorful. I get hungry here and there but I can hold off until my next meal or snack. The work out goes by fast so by the time the cool down comes I’m thinking that’s it? I…
