I thought it was measured in tablespoons? That is what I read somewhere but don't quote me. It is normally a couple and that is what I add.

You look great! I am most likely bucking trend but I will say, LET IT GO!! Nair or wax works well and as a man you don't really have to do it that often. Its just the initial that is the hard part. It will define your chest more and show off your hard work.

Amen to that!!! I have the free Pandora and it is awesome. Try a new machine and some new music. Take classes. Don't go to the same part of the gym every time either. If you are normally on the right side of the machines, go left. Humans are very visual. He He

Also try a low calorie chocolate bar with your next meal. Its like 90 calories and you can eat the whole thing and not feel guilty. This too shall pass....

Welcome! Check out all the forums and find a group that you are comfortable with. They are LOTS! Make short term goals and stick with it. Don't just go on another diet. Make a lifestyle change. With diets you tend to see the end of the diet as a way to go back to old habits. If you just change it and leave it then its done.

I go for 6 days at week and shoot for 90mins so far. Going for 120 next week. I never do more than 30 mins of strength and concentrate on cardio. I have been known to throw in a class at the gym during the week as well if it is something I want to take.

Welcome! Give it all you've got. I used Slim Fast after my second child and loved it! This was before they had all the meal bars that are good. I was addicted to the chocolate one. Try lots of chicken and fish at dinner to fill you up for the evening. Add me if you like for support. Your are right we are in this together!

Thanks for the tip!! I am in Texas too and not used to the cold weather anymore after being here for several years coming from a cold climate. I hate the way the cold air hits when I leave the gym but I am up after that!

Raisin Bread is only 90 calories a slice, fruit is always good and Yoplait makes a smoothie that is quick and good. Special K makes some great cereal bars as well. Hope this helps.

Try eating a bigger breakfast, healthy of course, I have had the same issue and the 100 calorie snack pack is good right before bed. Try one that doesn't have chocolate, like the Hunny Maid Thin Crips or the Chex Mix one. They are not too expensive and come in 6-8 packs. Stay Motivated!!

Thank you for coming out. It is taboo, to even say that you are a smoker in mixed company these days! I am tapering off right now and very very nervous about it. So far hanging out in the gym helps because I can't smoke there, but it is hard.
