That is wrong as hell!! I could not work out and smell that. They will loose business. The only thing in the parking lot of my gym (thank goodness) is a Jenny Craig and a smoothie joint.

Make sure that you wet the strap and WASH the strap only in the washer, it will tell you how in the book. Mine did this to me as well and this was the thing that worked. You are supposed to wash the strap after every 5th use or so to keep the transmitters in it working well. Hope this helps. Oh and NO fabric softener.

It will work, a LITTLE, not alot. It will block some of the fat in the food, however, you will experience an oily discharge and will be VERY gassy. I take this class two maybe three times a week if I have time. It is really good and you can burn about 200 calories in the hour depending on the person. It is more strength than cardio so it won't put up big numbers. Very good class and will help you get in shape. Quick!

My 'fat' jeans are firmly on the closet shelf never to be heard from again. My booty is firm, for the first time in years. I have one chin now. I am no longer looking bloated all the time. I can workout twice a day and not die.

I would say it depends on your workout. After I workout hard, I need it build lean muscle so I'm not getting flabby as I loose and such. You also have to know your body, you don't want too much protein, especially if you bulk up easily. I build muscle before anything else so I have to be careful and balance it. Hope this…

I am in the same boat! It will suck until you quit, I won't lie, it is painful to run and smoke. I could literally do both at 17, not anymore! My advice would be to look up couchto5k and try it out that way. It is basically interval training to build up to running. Good Luck!
