  • Cabbage is a great source of fiber and it really fills you up. If you want to add color and spice it up add purple cabbage, cilantro, and some lime juice (a tad of pepper flakes for extra spice)
  • Baken in oven in foil packet: Old Bay seasoning with a little lemon juice and olive oil cooking spray spray on top Once it's out top with Mango Salsa I would suggest Tilapia.
  • My diet is about 90% vegetarian but for the time being you'd have to call me pescetarian because I occasionally eat fish outside my home (1-2 times a month).
