I put in some egg whites, or sometimes a lil all natural peanut butter with Flaxseed, or sometimes banana with cinnamon- it's good to mix things up :)

I have noticed that this is the case for me too. While I think it is good to weigh yourself periodically, I think it is way more accurate to keep track of your weight loss with body measurements ( just have to make sure you measure in the same places each time so you have accurate results).
