I disagree with the comments that say you may need AA. I have one drink every evening and when you get to a certain age that involves hormonal changes and the stress of children, work, etc, it does help take the edge off and induce sleep. I make a salsa with mango, tomato, avocado, olives, black beans, red onion, jalapenos, and lemon and lime juice. It's great with baked tostitos scoops - or celery sticks if you are staying away from chips and carbs!
