  • Do your clothes feel/fit differently? I know no one generally comments on my loss until I have lost at least 20 pounds then when they ask how much I've lost they can't imagine it's 20. Don't get discouraged, you are getting healthier and it will start showing, it just may take some time ;) Good luck!
  • See if your OB will set you up an apt with a nutritionist or diabetes educator. There is a great deal of great information online but meeting one on one is so beneficial. They are able to look at your lifestyle, diet, etc and suggest what will work best for you.
