If your eating back your calories...I onlly eat back half. That way I knew I was safe.

Walking....but without changing your diet nothing will work to get the fat off...at least that is what I have found. 70% of weightloss is diet!!

Yes...you can do it! I was 165 in March...and july I was down to 113 eating lots of healthy foods. Nothing processed. fast ,or diet soda for me.

We all feel or have felt that same way...but it comes on faster then you can lose it! It took me 2 years to lose my weight...now I just have to keep it off. I find it not so easy either : ) Good luck

I gave up diet Coke because I craved more junk foods when I had it...I loved it, and miss it. I really feel so much better that I have changed my diet.

I love junk foods...eating out , and diet coke...that is how I gained so much weight....Now I pass on all of it and have lost 120 pounds!!

I try and keep mine lower with natural carbs...only from fruits, & veggies well and wasa cracker. I eat mostly protein, & veggies now. I stay away from breads, and pasta.

I wanted to look good and feel good at fifty. I didn't want to get diabetes, and my grandmother did at just over 50. I went from 232.8 pounds to 113 pounds...and feel great! I'm so happy I finally finished something I started!!

When I started my weight was 232.8 ponds...my license said 185...now it says 144...and I'm really 113....lol.

Your just getting started...it was a live & learn for us too. It was hard to believe how much I ate. Make a plan for tomorrow and stick with it. Log your food when you eat it...or before. Then at the end of the day you will still have calories for dinner : )

Everyone carries the weight different...and have different body types. You just can't compare yourself. Work hard, eat right and it will all come off. Some people have a harder time losing...belly fat, thigh, and lower body. It just depends. Don't give up, or give in. You will get there.

I eat back half of mine if I was hungry....sometimes I didn't. I always used a HRM to keep track. I didn't want to over do it.

Lots of fruit high in sugar, not enough protein, and calories should be at least 1200 even more when working out.....and drink lots of water.

Nope...that would be work. Only when your heart rate is up from walking or other exercise

When I ran....this happened to me. A new nail was growing under the black one...and one day it started coming off. There was a brand new shinny clear nail under....but it took about 6-8 moths for it to happen : ) Good lck
