Hi, I'm 51 and hit my goal...but keeping it off isn't as easy as you might think. I can always use more friends to motivate...and help me stay motivated as well.

I have apples....2 of them a day. I love the Pink lady the best!! Good luck...I have a sweet tooth also, It's very easy to get out of control with it.

Eat lots of protein, drink lots of water...and work with weights. I have also lost 120 pounds and am working on this also : )

I guess she's not ready....She can lose weight without exercise, but it's much slower. She would be much better off to do both. At least she is eating healthy....it's a start. Maybe she will feel better about herself if she loses some weight.

If you feel you still have weight to lose it's fine....but you need to lose it slowly. Eating heathy and also enough calories. Your working out so hard and not giving your body enough fuel. It's not going to do well. I know how you feel...My goal was 128 pounds and everyone said I was thin....but I still wanted to lose…

Raw almonds are a good choice...they are a good fat.

I did really good today...only because we planned to have a Thanksgiving late lunch....and it ended up being dinner.

With protein...lean meats. No carb is going to give you muscle only energy. Eat more lean protein!

Unless you ate a bunch of junk, over ate, or ate out you probably really didn't eat enough to gain 3 pounds. Make sure your drinking lots of water. Measure yourself...sometimes you see changes in your body when the scale isn't moving. Are you eating lots of processed or premade foods....they are very high in sodium and you…

A string cheese, some raw almonds, Wasa crackers, apples, 2% milk with frozen berries & Stevia....homemade ice cream : ) and cottage cheese.

Yes drop the fat to find the muscle...lol. You can use weights to burn more fat : )

This is how I lost all my weight...except number 12....I might go light on a day but alway eat meat at least at one meal!! I always choose the leanest meats I can.

You can eat...just make better choices. Leaner meats, try to stay clean of processed high calorie foods!! You can eat so much more fresh foods then. Try new things...and recipes. It's fun to make new foods that taste so flavorful & yummy!!

I hit my goal a few months ago...I had been wearing my hair waded up. I was so tired of it!! I went to a great stylist...with a few pic's and ended up going short. I love it. Everyone says I even look thinner now. Some people didn't even realize it was me....lol. Do what will make you happy. I wanted a whole new me!!

I went from a tight 18 to a size 2...I have bought used at the Goodwill while I slimmed down...through all the sizes. Good luck

I track sodium, protein, and sugar. I don't eat processed foods...and only sugar in natural foods. I try and eat good fats, raw almonds, and avocado.. I don't eat much bread, pasta, or potatoes. I eat lots of lean meats, veggies, and some fruits.
