Eat healthy fresh foods...I eat all day, and stay about 1200 calories. I stopped eating high calorie processed foods...and I'm doing great with it Good luck : )

I had it...but now it's gone. I have a tiny bit of loose skin, but at 50 I think it's okay.

It has taken me 2 years....at one point I had gained back 25 pounds. I have now hit my goal...and I'm so happy with myself. I fianlly finished something I started!!

It's all about tracking...if you want to gain or you need to lose. This is a great site!

For someone doing alot of exercise...your not eating enough. You need to eat back some of your exercsie calories with good healthy fuel for a hard working body. Make sure your drinking lots of water also : ) You need to be eating alot of protein also. I am now 113. pounds and eat around 100 grams a day. I eat lean meats…

My wrists were large when I was heavier everyone said.....you just have a large frame but now...I have lost 120 pounds now everyone say I have a small frame

I always cook extra from the night before. That way it's ready I just have to heat it up. I don't really eat bread so no sandwiches for me.

One of two ways...start by making small cahnges in your diet, and start doing a walk or exercise a few times a week....or jump right in and totally change your diet and work out 6 days a week!
